Dat schilderij is in 1995 gestolen uit een museum in Boston in de V.S
en is tot op heden niet gevonden
De vermoedens zijn dat de Italiaanse Maffia het in bezit heeft
die het wensen te gebruiken als ruilmiddel ... als één van hun leiders wordt gearresteerd
Récar heeft de tijd zijnde 12 uur genomen
om het schilderij na te schilderen ... uiteraard in de Récar Stijl
zie onder andere ... de nederlandse vlag op het schip
opdat het dan eventueel in het
RijksMuseum te Amsterdam
bezichtigd kan gaan worden
Rembrandt painted ... Jesus with his 12 disciples on the Sea of Galilee
That painting was stolen from a museum in Boston in the US in 1995
and has not been found to this day
It is suspected that the Italian Mafia has it
who want to use it as a bargaining chip ... if one of their leaders is arrested
Récar took 12 hours
to repaint the painting ... of course in the Récar style
see among other things ... the Dutch flag on the ship
so that it can then possibly be viewed in the
RijksMuseum in Amsterdam
